Choose your payment plan
Sign in to Shop Pay, or create an account if you’re using it for the first time. If eligible, select Shop Pay Installments and choose your preferred payment option.

Enjoy your FLO charger
Complete your purchase as usual. Your remaining payments will automatically follow the payment schedule you selected.

Who determines my eligibility?
Eligibility for Shop Pay Installments is determined by Affirm during checkout.
Does applying affect my credit score?
Creating a Shop Pay account does not affect your credit score. Certain financing options offered by Affirm may involve additional credit considerations.
When is my first payment charged?
Your first payment is charged when your order is completed. Future payments are automatically processed according to the schedule you selected.
Can I pay my balance early?
Questions regarding early repayment or your payment schedule should be directed to Affirm.
Are all FLO products eligible?
All FLO home chargers and accessories are eligible for Shop Pay Installments. Your available payment options are determined by Affirm and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Purchases made using Shop Pay Installments follow FLO’s standard Returns & Refund Policy. If your return is approved: FLO processes your refund through Shopify Payments. Affirm updates your remaining payment schedule where applicable. Interest already paid on monthly payment plans is generally not refundable.
