Shipping is fast and reliable across Canada. Our FLO Home EV charging stations (X3, X6 and X8) ship free of charge.

Order preparation 
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed over the weekend ship the next business day.

Delivery timelines
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Québec: 1 business day
- Ontario:  2 business days
- British Columbia: from 5 to 7 business days

Most customers in Québec and Ontario receive their order within 2 to 3 business days after purchase. Delivery times may be longer for remote or hard-to-reach locations.

Carrier, tracking and secure delivery
All orders ship via FedEx Standard Ground. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

To help ensure your charging station arrives safely, deliveries may require a signature at the time of delivery.

If no one is available at the delivery address, FedEx will contact you to reschedule delivery.

Shipping rates
EV charging stations: free standard shipping across Canada.

Accessories: shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details. You’ll always see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Shipping destinations
We ship within Canada only.
PO Boxes are not supported.

Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Products purchased on our online store may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they:

1) Have not been installed
2) Show no signs of use or damage
3) Are returned in their original packaging, with all components included

Opening the box is acceptable, as long as the product has not been installed or used.
Installed products are not eligible for return. 

How to request a return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued once the returned product has been received and reviewed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method.
