How fast is shipping?
We ship quickly and reliably across Canada. All FLO Home EV charging stations (X3, X6, and X8) include free standard shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
- EV charging stations: free standard shipping across Canada
- Accessories: shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order
You’ll always see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.
When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed over the weekend ship the next business day.
What are the delivery timelines?
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Québec: 1 business day
- Ontario: 2 business days
- British Columbia: 5 to 7 business days
Most customers in Québec and Ontario receive their order within 2 to 3 business days after purchase. Delivery times may vary for remote locations.
How do shipping and tracking work?
All orders ship via FedEx Standard Ground. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Deliveries may require a signature. If no one is available, FedEx will contact you to reschedule.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada only.
PO Boxes are not supported.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Products purchased on our online store can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they:
- Have not been installed
- Show no signs of use or damage
- Are returned in original packaging with all components
Opening the box is allowed, but installed products are not eligible for return.
How do I request a return?
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
